Dr Lucia Batty FRCP FFOM DipIBLM has almost 25 years' clinical experience in medicine, working as an NHS consultant. She is was awarded a Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians (London) and a Fellow of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, for her outstanding contribution to the specialities at a national level.
As a clinical lead consultant OH physician at the Department of Occupational Health and Wellbeing at King's College Hospital NHS Trust, in London, Dr Batty is involved in post-graduate medical education, training and research (received a "Trainer of the Year" award in 2015). She has had a number of national leadership roles, including Chief Examiner for the Workplace-based Assessments (evaluating doctors' performance directly in the workplace), National School of Occupational Health (NSOH), London and KSS Deanery Training Programme Director, specialist advisor to the National Surveillance Advisory Committee for Blood Borne Viruses at Public Health England and the National Institute For Health and Care Excellence (NICE), among others.
Dr Batty is director of Wellbeing Medicine, which shares tripartite vision - to prevent and reverse chronic autoimmune conditions using functional medicine and personalised lifestyle medicine principles, to evaluate functional age and health status through predictive biomarkers and to educate and empower patients to become their own health advocates in collaboration with health professionals. Her passion for optimising peoples' health and vitality has grown through successfully rehabilitated case stories, thanks to transformational lifestyle coaching techniques, complementing traditional medical approaches.
Lorraine Nicolle is a registered nutritionist (MBANT) with 15 years of clinical experience in helping individuals to age well. She is passionate about using personalised nutrition and lifestyle medicine to help clients to reach their full health potential.
Working from her busy practice in London, she has a track record of helping individuals with a broad range of health conditions, including gastro-intestinal problems, autoimmune diseases, musculoskeletal issues and cardio-metabolic conditions.
Lorraine has an MSc in personalised nutrition (distinction) and a higher education teaching qualification. She teaches undergraduduates, postgraduates and healthcare practitioners in the application of nutrition science to real-world clinical situtations. She is a published author and editor of four books on how to use nutrition to get healthier at any age.
Angela Beecroft
Allergist
Angela Beecroft has been involved with the study of the human microbiome for over 15 years. She believes that the 2 kg of bacteria that reside in the gut are the foundation of optimal physical and mental health. She uses a "Functional Medicine" nutritional approach to support individuals with a wide range of "gut related conditions" such as IBS, IBD, colitis, obesity, skin disorders, ADHD, autism, and as a former member of the Advisory Board of Allergy UK, she has a breadth of experience of managing individuals with allergies and autoimmune conditions which she believes originate from a disrupted microbiome.
Angela brings over 35 years of experience as a health care professional, working in the NHS, education and the private sector. She specialises in children's health in close collaboration with Dr Bruce McLain, Consultant Paediatric Gastroenterologist at Centaurus Private Healthcare. At The Harley Street Skin Clinic she works with Dr Aamer Khan to improve the outcome of individuals seeking support for a wide range of skin conditions and together they offer a range of nutritional interventions to preserve health, wellness and ageing.
Jon Castle

Jon Castle BSc MCSP MAACP is a Chartered Physiotherapist with 12 years of experience. Jon specialises in the management of Sports, Musculoskeletal and Occupational Health injuries. Jon trained in Australia, and has subsequently worked extensively in both the private and public health sectors.
Working between his two central London clinics, Jon believes strongly in taking a holistic approach to injury management and prevention. While having a specialist interest in the management of sports injuries in particular, Jon remains committed to all aspects of clinical physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation.
Dr Claire McDonald

Dr Claire McDonald graduated from her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from University College Dublin with first class honours. She has since registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society and Member of the BPS Divisions of Clinical and Health Psychology.
Dr McDonald has over 15 years’ experience working with individuals with diverse physical problems, mental health and interpersonal difficulties in a variety of clinical and research contexts in Ireland and the UK. Within the NHS, she works as a specialist Clinical Psychologist at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. She also works in private practice with the Chelsea Psychology Clinic in London.
Dr McDonald specialises in providing evidence-based psychological therapies bringing the latest cutting edge research into her clinical practice to promote optimal health and wellness for her clients. She has a passion for working creatively and collaboratively with her clients to discover what factors might be driving the problems in question and how they may be overcome to live a more fulfilling and valued life.
Jelena Djodievic

Jelena Djodievic has nurtured a lifelong love and commitment for sport. The primary focus of her method of training is straightening the body core whilst developing longer, leaner and more flexible muscles. She enjoys inspiring others to exceed the objectives.
She trained and qualified in reformed Pilates with Balanced Body University in Sacramento, California, following which she undertook further study in the specialised pre and post-natal pilates disciplines, as well training in using as advanced reformer equipment.

Florah Uddin
Yoga Teacher
Florah Uddin is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher who has trained in India. She is interested in the healing qualities of yoga and has witnessed the changes it has made in her own life as well as others, which is why she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and practice. Florah is trained in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, as well as Iyengar, prenatal and yoga therapy.
She has a degree in English Literature and a Masters in Film making. She worked in the film industry before becoming a yoga instructor. She still teaches filmmaking occasionally, as well as yoga. Her goal is to use the ancient teachings of yoga to help people living in the city reconnect with their true selves. She runs her own yoga company, City of Yoga.
